When you’re experiencing mental confusion around a decision, sleep on it. During the night your intuition will navigate around your emotions, and will find the best decision that’s in your highest good.
Compassion is like a muscle. It needs to be developed through a conscious effort. It requires focusing on the goodness of humanity and not the badness of humanity.
If you’ll remember that what happened in the past is entirely different than what you’re experiencing in the present, then you’ll be less inclined to repeat the past.
