If you shifted your perception from trying to find the lesson in why bad things happen, then you’ll find that the bad times are merely course correctors. There are no lessons.
Do you really waste time? Not from your soul’s perspective. It views wasting time as spending quality time contemplating your next move. Giving your brain time off, and recharging your body’s batteries. Much different perspective than how your mind sees it.
When you live in the ego of the Me your mind focuses on assumptions, and is quick to blame and falsely accuse. When you live in the heart of the WE your heart focuses on kindness, and fills the mind with forgiveness and gratitude.
Your soul measures time based on eternity. So, why create measurements of time when you’re in body. Especially, if the measurements you create are created by others demands.
If you allow age to scare you. You’ll not only age, you’ll also become fearful.
Don’t stop learning and don’t stop trying new things. This will keep your mind and body young. It can ward off Dementia, and slow the propensity for chronic pain.
When was the last time you did nothing? Doing nothing is good for your mental and physical health. It’s frees your thinking and ignites your creativity.
