I thought I would help you understand your inner child. It’s the part of you that’s child-like, but is never childish. The childishness is your mind having a temper tantrum.

Stop holding yourself accountable to meet other people’s expectations. Only hold yourself accountable to meet your own expectations. In doing so, your life will be aligned with your soul’s desires, rather than the desires of others.
