Scarcity or abundance reflects where your thoughts are focused. If your thoughts are focused on surviving, then scarcity rules. If your thoughts are focused on thriving, then abundance rules.
If you think of yourself as a victim. You behave as a victim and come across as a victim. This leaves you vulnerable to others who will try to control you.
On days when you feel discombobulated, avoid activities that require focused attention or managing a lot of detail. Instead, focus on creative activities and take time to be, allow, and move with ease.
What the mind thinks is good isn’t the same as what the heart knows is good. The mind deems good based on judgment. The heart deems good based on empathy.
