Age is a state of mind that causes the body to age. You can be old and still not age.

Elders are wisdom keepers. However, elders don’t have to be old to be wise. Some of the greatest elders gracing this earth at this time are children and young people. Observe them. Listen to them. Learn from them. They are wise.

Perfection is the objective of an obsessive mind.

Getting your life in order requires you get rid of the clutter, whether that’s mental clutter or physical clutter.

Start your day with one thought in mind, “I am inspired to learn one new thing about myself.”

Money is merely a resource. It can buy freedom and autonomy. It can fund your dreams. It can buy what you need to do what you really love, but it can’t buy happiness nor can it buy love. Those require a different resource. They require self love.

Change is exciting if you initiate it. If someone else initiates it it’s scary.

There is only one fear that erodes the quality of life. That’s the fear of not being enough.

Kindness flows from a loving heart. Not a heart afraid of being hurt or being taken advantage of.
