Affirmations to me, your soul, are like jumping jacks to the body. They exercise us and release brain endorphins that make your mind, your body, and me, happy and healthy. Today’s affirmation is “I am blessed.” Every time the going gets tough or you feel down say, “I am blessed” and you know what?
