Do you know that you have a reboot feature in your body that can instantly un-stress you? It’s called breathing. I thought I would share this, because whenever you get stressed, you’ll notice you forget to breathe.
When you first wake up in the morning take a moment being grateful for what you have, and set your intentions for what you would like the day to bring to you. This simple act will change your entire day.
There really are no lessons to learn from those bad times, because lessons imply that you’ll either pass or fail life. Instead, there are opportunities for you to make different choices in life. Now that’s exciting and hopeful. And, I’ll let you in on a secret. You’ll always pass.
Focus on what you can do rather than what you can’t do. When you focus on what you can’t do, you’re living in the past. When you focus on what you can do, you’re living in the present moment.
This morning I looked in your heart and I found love. The love of life. The love of others. The love of nature. The love of animals. The love you have for yourself. It was awesome.
Life is just one big experience. Rich with opportunity. Full of unlimited potential, and everyday offers you the chance to prove to yourself just how courageous, inspirational, remarkable, and magnificent you really are. I love those qualities about you 🙂
